When you buy our services, If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will not issue a full refund. This refund applies forboth ACTIVE & INACTIVE users. Refund will NOT apply for those who are activated with PAID membership. Please include your order number (sent to you via email or sms after ordering) for Cancelling your account and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be sent to the same account used for the original purchase.
